Your Shake Suggestions

I live in Boston, so here it's a frappe, or in Rhode Island a cabinet.
In Rhode Island I have to give it up for the Newport Creamery restaurant chain's
frappes/cabinets/shakes. An old line regional chain that gives a certain New
Englandish dignity to the proceedings.
Also have to hand it to the Johnny Rockets (a chain again; surprising) group of restauarants in the shake
department. Although irritatingly faux-'50s (not unlike the Ed Debevic's
group), they deliver the shake goods. Burgers not bad either.
Miller's Dairy - Ann Arbor, MI
Unfortunately I can't share the following shakes with you as these two have gone under --
Shear's Dairy and The Cloverleaf Dairy both were in Crestline, OH (which still exists).
Enjoy, but remember too many shakes and not enough walking around makes you unhappy.
